Sunset Ranch - Riding Stable and Hobby Farm
Hello and Welcome. We are very glad you found our website / blog. We are a great place to visit. You are welcome to stop by to check us out for riding lessons, animal interactions, or "just because" you want to come by and see us in action. We are a small, family ranch, operated by Frank Caruso and Danelle DeWitt who do all the training, lessons, and maintenance at the facility. Because we are a small, family operated business, it makes us a great place for learning how to ride and bringing your children by to spend some fun time learning about and interacting with the animals...hands-on learning, petting, and just plain old fun!
We specialize in Western Riding including General Equitation, Reining Horse, Working Cow Horse, and Trail Riding with emphasis placed on proper handling of horses and basic ground work. All students are considered and all levels of expertise are welcome. We have well trained horses in both large and small sizes to accommodate most sizes of people! In addition, we are a small hobby farm providing information about and interaction with a few other types of animals (chickens, goat, rabbit, etc.).
We also train horses, but have no room for on-site boarding at Sunset Ranch. However, with proof of Negative Coggins, you can trailer your horse in for either horse training or your riding lesson. We are also mobile, so we can come to you. Please see Packages/Rates for more information.
